Hi, my name is Corben Guerra. Welcome to my blog!
I'm a third-year, dual-enrolled student at OSU and LBCC studying Business Administration. I aspire to grow to become a great financial partner or owner when it comes to taking over my family's tortilleria business or opening up a location of my own for the community. I am currently enrolled in a Marketing class in which I am excited to practice new ideas for my music business and strategies to appeal to more customers at our family restaurant. Marketing is the root of "remarkability" because it is the attention grabber for each and every one of us. I look forward to sharing these ideas I've learnt across my blogs, and I hope you stay for the ride!
Outside of schoolwork, I love to go to social events; whether that's Latin ballroom dancing, rodeos/jaripeos, or gigging with my group. Ever since transferring to a larger school, the social life has been alive! Everything I've wanted to do is within a mile of my house! I am so blessed for this, and in the near future, this is the scene I hope to live in the rest of my life.
My passion is music, of ALL genres. My gigs (in which I can personally play) can include country, Mexican, and rock music. I go to lots of concerts because not only do I hear it, but I feel it as a musician. My knowledge of music is only expanding from here. Recently, I visited Jalisco, Mexico, and bought a pale white 12-string requinto guitar. Sadly, I left her in Mexico, but when I visit again, I'll make sure to bring her home.
